Ingredients
  • 250 ml cooked halibut
  • juice of 1/4 fresh lemon
  • 60 ml pickled garlic scapes chopped fine. may use fresh garlic scapes
  • 45 ml mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Using a fork mash ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Spread on bread and garnish liberally with chopped salad greens.
Recipe Notes

Use either fresh or pickled garlic scapes, or a combination. If using mainly fresh scapes the recipe will lack an essential tart flavour. It's therfore recommended to add  30 ml (2 Tbsp) finely chopped dill pickle.
