Ingredients
  • 225 gram Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Use Kraft or other commercial mac n cheese package
  • 30 ml butter or olive oil
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped coarse
  • 2 cloves local garlic chopped fine
  • 15 ml fresh parsley chopped fine
  • 5 ml black pepper fresh ground

Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to directions on package.
  2. While the macaroni is cooking combine key ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  3. Drain liquid from macaroni and return to stove, set to medium heat.
  4. Add cheese from package according to instructions on package
  5. Add key ingredients from bowl with heat at medium for 5 minutes. Stir gently once per minute.
  6. Turn off heat. Serve while warm
