Tartar Sauce with Homemade Dill Pickle

  • 250ml mayonnaise
  • 80ml dill picklefinely chopped
  • 1-2cloves Ontariominced
  • 15ml caperschopped
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5ml paprika
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  3. Refrigerate, covered until use
