At the Toronto Garlic Festival Chef Jane Tran is serving  Black garlic / hoisin sauce in Brunch (Breakfast) Bao;  Korean sloppy Joe bao with Ontario garlic;  Death by bao with Ontario garlic and Lemongrass & Kaffir Ice Tea. For  dessert lovers she has created Black Garlic and Miso Cinnamon Bun.

Inspired by Asian street food from Saigon to Tokyo, Chau blends the flavours of Asian food with Canadian dishes, creating instant classics such as their Korean sloppy joe bao and tofu-&%ing good nuggets. Chau is led by Chef Jane Tran, who has been toiling in kitchens for over a decade and worked everywhere from a dumpling factory to 3 Michelin starred establishments, all over the world. Together they create delicious and innovative dishes, with local and organic ingredients, that leave our customers, hungry for more.
