Kale, Feta, Walnut & Raw Garlic Salad
Ingredients
- 750 ml Kale washed and chopped into 1' pieces
- 250 ml Feta cut into 1/2' pieces
- 250 ml Walnuts chopped coarse
- 250 ml Raisins
- 1 Avacado cut into 1/4' pieces
- 2 cloves Ontario garlic minced
- 15 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 15 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 2.5 ml Fresh crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in minium 1 litre salad or serving bowl. Toss for 30 seconds and serve.
