At the 2019 Toronto Garlic Festival, Nicole Nutrition is serving her fried spaghetti Aglio e Olio frittata with fermented Ontario garlic scapes and local spicy pepperoncini using ingredients sourced from Ontario farms with vegetarian, and vegan options. 

Nicole Nutrition offers holistic nutritional counselling and therapeutic cuisine. Nicole is on a mission to spread awareness on the importance of home-cooked meals. She believes healthy food does not have to be costly and takes inspiration from her Sicilian ancestors. She cooks ‘Cucina Povera’ dishes to create recipes from humble ingredients that are flavourful and simple. She hosts cooking classes and caters at wellness retreats all around Ontario.
