  • Autumn Cornucopia – Pancetta + New Season Squash Roasted with Garlic Harissa + Mozzarella + Topped with Sarn Farms Organic Greens + Apple Cider Vinaigrette

The Strong Food Company is an adventure in food born out of a desire by our chefs to utilize local ingredients at their prime each season and celebrate the farmers that provide us with their incredible produce.  Both our Catering Company and Farmers Market Stall are a celebration of the seasons creating everything from delicate canapes to fruit pies to vegetable and fruit forward spreads and condiments. Our Market Stall produces fresh cooked sourdough flatbreads to order topped with fresh, local, ingredient-focused flavors from the farmers we work with.
