Watermelon, Mint, Feta Cheese & Garlic Salad

  • 15 ml Lemon juice fresh
  • 30 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2.5 ml Salt
  • 2.5 ml Black pepper fresh ground


  • 1250 ml Watermelon cut into 1/2' pieces
  • 375 ml feta cheese crumbled
  • 45 ml Mint leaves coarsely chopped


  • In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients, and set aside.
  • Place salad ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing, and toss gently until all ingredients are mixed.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve same day.
