31 Jul Brimstone Brewing Co
Brimstone is returning to Toronto Garlic Festival with their celebrated black garlic beer. At the 2018 Toronto Garlic Festival, Brimstone Brewing created a golden cask ale with a unique combination of black garlic, mango and sea salt. The salt balances the sweetness of the mango allowing the black garlic to be shown in a whole new light. At the 2016 and 2017 Toronto Garlic Festival Brimstone created a Black Garlic Oatmeal Stout Cask Ale: a full bodied oatmeal Stout flavoured with black garlic, plums, and raisins. This beer’s rich chocolate flavours are accented by a unique black garlic profile and rounded out by a gentle sweetness from the dark fruit, ending with a dry finish.
Brimstone Brewing Company independently brews distinct craft beer in a re-imagined church in Ridgeway, Ontario. As proud members of the Ontario Craft Brewers Association, they stand behind a commitment to locally produce fresh, all natural, and unique craft beer of the highest quality. Brewing in small batches gives them creative license to experiment with a variety of beer styles, while remaining connected to their customers and sourced ingredients. Zack Gagnon, the head brewer, has a simple philosophy: to cater to a full spectrum of craft beer tastes by maintaining a balance between basic easy-drinking beers and different hop-forward and experimental brews. Brimstone Brewing hopes that their commitment to innovative brewing techniques will keep craft beer enthusiasts coming back to their booth to see what’s new.
