🗓 When is the 12th Annual Toronto Garlic Festival? Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 9 AM to 5 PM. Rain or shine. The event is held indoors and outdoors.
📍 Where is it held? Artscape Wychwood Barns, 601 Christie Street, Toronto, ON M6G 4C7. The festival entrance is on Christie Street, just south of St Clair Avenue West.

Street parking is available and also Green P Parking within 10-15 min walk is available at 646 St Clair Ave West, just east of Christie Street; 700 St Clair Ave West, just west of Christie Street; and 1445 Bathurst Street (SW Corner) ▪ Do Not Park on Benson Ave ▪ Read parking signs carefully. Click here for additional parking information. Don’t stink and drive! Take public transit or ride a bike, if possible.
🎪 Is it a covered event? The festival is indoors and outdoors.
🎟 What is the admission fee? $5 +HST. Accompanied kids under 12 get in for free. Purchase tickets online or in person at the Gate on Sunday, Sept 25. Cash, debit and credit are accepted at the gate.
What is the admission fee used for? The Festival is an Ontario not-for-profit corporation, focused on raising awareness of and interest in Ontario produce, including garlic. All revenue, including gate fees, go to the operation of the festival including venue rental, administration and advertising costs. Festival planning is volunteer-run with paid staff on the day of the Festival. Donations: As a registered non-profit organization Toronto Garlic Festival also collects donations to be reinvested back into the festival and organization operations.
What does admission include? Admission includes free access to programming including live music, Speakers’ Corner, face painting, the Garlic Shot Station and The Garlic Breath Contest. Ontario garlic, garlic dishes, beer and wine and cocktails are for sale.
🍔🥗🍦 What type of food is at the festival? Sweet and savoury food is prepared by local chefs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and fish & meat. Check with the vendor directly if you have questions about the ingredients in a dish.
🧄Is the garlic for sale at the festival from Ontario? Yes! All the garlic for sale at the festival is grown and harvested in the province of Ontario. Food vendors must also use Ontario-grown garlic in their dishes.

💲 Is there an ATM? Yes. It’s located on the second floor. Access the staircase or elevator by the washrooms.
🍺🍷🍸 Is there beer and wine and garlic cocktails? Yes, starting at 9:00 am.
🚫🐶 Can my pet (dog, cat, chicken, ferret, teacup pig) accompany me to the Festival? No, sorry. Service dogs with appropriate accreditation are the only exception.

♻️ Waste Reduction. In an effort to reduce waste visitors are encouraged to bring their own clean containers for food, shopping bags, and water bottles. A number of our vendors will be offering reusable plates, cups and cutlery and our Green Team Volunteers will help visitors sort their waste properly to divert recycling and compost from landfill.
