At the Toronto Garlic Festival, Garlic Bros is selling fresh seed and table garlic that they grow. Varieties include: Duganski, Bogatyr, Red Rezen, Spanish Roja, Marino, Russian Red, Creole Red, Cuban Purple, Chesnok Red, Georgian Fire, Portugal Azores, Romanian Red, Sicilian Gold, Vekak. Variety Packs will be available (6 types of garlic, two of each kind—12 garlic per pack).

At Garlic Bros, we strive to produce the highest quality organically grown garlic (non certified). Though we are not certified organic, we pride ourselves on maintaining a higher standard of organic practices than that of the certifying agencies. In operation since 2015, Garlic Bros Farm specializes in growing interesting and rare varieties of seed and culinary garlic.
