At the Toronto Garlic Festival, Ilias and Sons is serving up a variety of olive based products. These include: Olive Oils, Olives, Tapendades, Infused Garlic and specialty Black Garlic Olive Oils, Olive Soaps, and more.

Ilias and Sons is the winner of the 2016 Canadian Foodie Award ,  voted by fellow Canadian foodies. They will be sharing their superfood olive blend based products and black garlic rocambole bulbs. They are a small, family owned company, and their olive groves are located south of Sparta, Greece. Ilias and Sons specializes in Athinolia Olives, and harvest from some of the oldest trees in the area, some of which are over 1000 years old. Ilias and Sons is strictly quality focused and they take great pride in their fresh, raw, extra virgin olive oil and olive based products. Consequently, they take advantage of every aspect of the process to produce their diversity of products. Ilias and Sons will share their olive and black garlic delicacies at the Toronto Garlic Festival in 2017.
