Pickle Brine & Garlic Vinaigrette
- 30 ml Pickle brine
- 1 clove Ontario garlic minced
- 5 ml Dijon mustard
- 2.5 ml Salt
- 1.75 ml Fresh ground black pepper
- 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- In a seal-able jar place pickle brine, garlic, salt and pepper. Tighten lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Add the oils, reseal, and shake for 20 seconds or until ingredients are mixed. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
