Featured at The Black Garlic & Chocolate Affair : “Hotteok” – it’s a traditional Korean winter dessert (pan fried sweet pancakes). I’ve infused black garlic powder into the batter, inside is a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black sesame, black garlic and cocoa powder with sugar.
For savory dishes I will be serving
1. Japchae which is sweet potato starch noodles with veggies in soy-sesame sauce (vegan&GF)
2. Pork back ribs braised with black garlic and soy sauce, with side of Korean style garlic and radish pickles
3. Fresh kimchi
