At the 2018 Toronto Garlic Festival, we will be selling: fresh garlic, garlic powders and spice blends, black garlic, pestos, (green garlic pesto, garlic scape pesto) traditional dill cucumber pickles, bread and butter pickles, sauerkraut, garlic scape hummus,  garlic feta spreads.

Swallowtail Farm is a small family farm in Eastern Ontario growing  award winning garlic for our tables. This year we offer Great Northern, Marino, French Rocambole, Susan Delafields, Georgian Crystal, Mennonite, Italian, Red Russian, Alison and Portugeorge. While not certified organic, we use organic farming methods.  We have twice been Reserve Champion Garlic Growers of Eastern Ontario as well win other awards. We are passionate about growing excellent garlic for eating/table use as well as seed garlic for planting. This year we offer Fresh Garlic, Garlic Braids, Garlic Scape Pestos, Garlic Powders and Spice Blends, Garlic Spreads and delicious fermented Black Garlic. For gardeners and growers, we offer seed garlic in the fall. Come taste the difference!
